Recently, Martians were tasked to resolve the slow CI for the fast-paced startup building on Ruby on Rails and Next.js, the genZ commerce platform, Whop.com. We noticed that the team was already using our open-source toolbox, TestProf, so we gave it another shot. A small change led to a 50% reduction in CI time. What was next?
