Hey! I’m Gleb Stroganov, a product designer (read: design engineer) on Mars.
I’ve spent 10 years learning and mastering the art of building developer IDEs, no-code platforms, canvas-based editors, and node-based workflow builders. I now often act as a design engineer, using tools like bolt, Cursor, Codex and many others. This can drastically reduce prototyping time and deliver production-ready PoCs within weeks.
My philosophy: “Developers deserve tools that respect their workflows and intelligence”.

Agent Prism
Problem
AI agents fail silently, loop endlessly, skip steps, and give wrong answers. Manual log-scrubbing stretches incidents from minutes to hours, while redundant model calls burn budgets.
Solution
I designed React components that transform raw OpenTelemetry trace data into intuitive visualizations:
- A hierarchical Tree View
- A Timeline View with execution flow and real-time cost tracking
- A Details Panel for compressed information, and Sequence Diagram for step-by-step replay
Results
- Quotient AI uses AgentPrism in production, cutting debugging from 4 hours to 30 seconds
- 80% reduction in debug time and 60% in memory usage
- Real-time cost monitoring and IDE-native experience
- Vibe-coded and validated 12 component options to select 4 optimal views
- Created comprehensive Figma UI kit with battle-tested components, design tokens, semantic color system, and responsive layouts, eliminating months of UI exploration
- Empowers developers with drop-in React components: TypeScript support, zero-config setup, and production-ready error boundaries
Miru Labs
Problem
Cybersecurity, fraud, and national security investigation teams face fragmented tools and siloed workflows. Analysts juggle data exports, point solutions, and custom scripts while losing context across domains. Manual correlation takes investigations from minutes to hours as teams do mechanical work instead of critical thinking.
Solution
A graph-native investigation platform for Miru, an Irish cybersecurity VC-backed startup:
- Workspaces for manual and AI-assisted investigations
- Agentic Dispatch for autonomous triage
- StratoGraph for persistent investigation memory
Integrated frontend and NodeJS backend with specialized AI capabilities for entity extraction and autonomous reasoning.
Results
- Launched working MVP after 7-month collaboration
- Designed MVP and laid foundation for heavy graph-based analysis for AI-powered features to follow
- Led frontend and NodeJS backend development with hands-on work, technical strategy, and product thinking
- Scoped and shaped MVP in collaboration with team, making thoughtful decisions on tech stack and implementation
- Brought in trusted SRE, backend, and AI specialists to support strategic decisions and unblock technical challenges
- Enabled founders to focus on pitching, refining product roadmap, and hiring in-house developers
- Helped establish strong internal processes as team grew
- Achieved independent team capability, allowing founders to move into next fundraising round
GMI
Problem
GMI Cloud, a California-based GPU cloud infrastructure provider, needed to improve website conversions. They needed to experiment quickly and win over the market before the competition, but lacked the internal resources to execute a comprehensive redesign.
Solution
Delivered a complete website redesign using Webflow with custom templates, 3D Spline visuals, and conversion-optimized product pages. Implemented direct design-to-development workflow, real-time collaboration, and comprehensive analytics tracking. Created scalable foundation with CMS integration and multilingual support for future growth.
